Set within 15 acres of farm land, with grassy areas for children and adults to enjoy, Lealholm Cottage is located just outside of Whitby in the small village of Ruswarp.
On the ground floor you enter into a spacious, light and airy kitchen and living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and essential utensils as well as plenty of cupboard space.

Downstairs is open-plan with a comfortable living area, dining table that seats 5 people, and access to the rear garden and patio.

There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin, and one single.

About the cottage

Lealholm cottage is in a block of 5 buildings, imaginatively converted from the original 18th century farm house. Sited high above the Esk Valley, the thick walls of Yorkshire stone, exposed beams and red pantile roof are typical of North Yorkshire. Just 2 miles from Whitby on the outskirts of Ruswarp village, the cottage provides an excellent haven for thise wishing to explore the many attractions that the area has to offer, or relaxing on the patio at the rear of the property. there is ample free adjacent parking. The local pub is approximately 1/2 a mile away offering a range of beers and excellent meals.
